Braverman Greenspun principal and managing partner Rob Braverman has been selected for Lawdragon’s 2026 100 Managing Partners You Need to Know list. The annual list recognizes law firm leaders who are shaping their firms and the broader legal industry through strategic growth, innovation, and leadership.
As managing partner, Rob has led the firm’s expansion from a three-person practice into a team of more than 25 attorneys focused on New York City’s residential real estate sector. His recent leadership initiatives include overseeing two firm acquisitions, Zingman & Associates in 2025 and Finder Novick Kerrigan in 2023, both of which strengthened the firm’s capabilities in co-op and condo law and expanded its client base to more than 400 buildings across the tri-state area. He also recently launched a partnership with Bedell & Forman to further enhance the firm’s ability to support clients across the full lifecycle of real estate matters.
In addition to his management role, Rob remains actively involved in complex litigation and advisory work, including matters that have resulted in notable decisions in co-op and condo law. His experience also includes representing newly constructed and rehabilitated properties through transitions from developer to unit owner control.
