What I Do
I handle a wide range of condominium and cooperative matters, with a focus on transactional work from due diligence through closing.
Before joining Braverman Greenspun, I gained transactional real estate experience at several New York law firms. My experience included conducting due diligence on borrowing entities and analyzing title reports. I have also worked on residential transactions involving condominiums, cooperatives, condops, and townhouses, including drafting transaction documents and addressing title and lien issues.
