Ed Braverman

Ed Braverman was an industry pioneer as one of the earliest practitioners to focus on providing legal services to the boards of cooperatives and condominiums and guiding them through the transition from sponsor to resident control. Ed, known as one of the “deans” of the co-op/condo bar, set a standard for excellence and enthusiasm that permeates the firm today despite his untimely passing in December 2011. It would be hard to find another attorney who loved the practice of law more than Ed did, which translated to his clients receiving a remarkable level of personal service and superlative results. While Ed’s presence is greatly missed, he is still our leader as he continues to inspire us to be hardworking, innovative, and compassionate counsel—which were his trademarks.
