What I Do

I handle a broad range of litigation for my clients, with a focus on tort, insurance, and real estate litigation. I have extensive trial experience, representing clients in disputes involving architects, engineers, condominiums, cooperatives, construction matters, labor law, products liability, contract disputes, and insurance coverage.

I began my career at one of New York City’s premier litigation firms, where I honed my trial skills in a large-firm setting. I then ran my own firm for 20 years before joining Braverman Greenspun in 2011. I’ve found that the smaller-firm setting allows me to take a more tailored, hands-on approach and work closely with each client to ensure the best resolution of their matters.

I have been a speaker at local, regional, and national conferences on insurance defense and risk management. I have also authored articles and presented on topics including self-insurance, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), risk management, claims handling practices, and directors and officers liability. In addition, I offer a New York State-certified continuing legal education course on the New York State Omnibus Workers’ Compensation Reform Act.

Why I Enjoy What I Do

There’s no greater reward than a satisfied client who appreciates my enthusiasm for the law, and how I practice: servicing the client is the prime directive.
