What I Do
I handle a wide range of real estate transactions, with particular experience in condominium and cooperative matters. I review, draft, and negotiate commercial and residential leases, AIA agreements, and license agreements. I also manage the residential closing process for both buyers and sellers.
I serve as general counsel to co-op and condo boards. In this role, I draft and revise leases, rules, and bylaws; address issues involving shareholders and unit owners; and oversee board approval processes such as transfers of ownership.
Before joining Braverman Greenspun, I was an associate at a boutique firm specializing in transactional real estate.
