My practice is focused on representing our cooperative and condominium clients in disputes, litigation, and transactional matters, as well as providing general counsel regarding interpreting, enforcing and updating governing documents, and ensuring statutory compliance. I also work closely with tenant associations in rental buildings undergoing potential conversions to cooperatives and condominiums.

I joined the firm after its 2023 merger with Finder Novick Kerrigan, where I practiced in a similar capacity. Prior to that, I worked with international investors as well as domestic developers and businesses raising alternative forms of capital through the EB-5 & E-2 immigration programs administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Earlier in my career, before relocating to New York in 2018 to pursue an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from Fordham University, I worked in India advising clients on largescale engineering, procurement, and construction disputes, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution.
