Throughout my career, I have established myself as an attorney who excels in handling high-profile and complex cases from inception through trial, having tried numerous cases before juries and judges. I began my litigation career representing the interests of general contractors and construction managers and use this experience to better represent boards and individuals. My litigation career guided me in my general counsel work, and helped better form practical solutions and advice to the day-to-day issues affecting boards and individuals, from the small to large scale.

In addition to my general counsel work, I litigate claims across all areas of real estate and construction, including construction defects, contractual claims, and license agreements. I also negotiate contracts on behalf of clients for projects big and small. In doing so, I aim to achieve practical solutions expeditiously and use my experience to achieve the best results for my clients. I have negotiated many seven-figure settlements, as well as settlements with a combination of monetary relief, remediation work, and warranty extensions for the work and systems affected.
