What I Do

My practice is dedicated to the areas of condominium and cooperative law and real estate litigation. I represent condominium and cooperative boards, as well as individual unit owners and shareholders, providing general counsel services and litigating all facets of complex real estate disputes.

I believe in a comprehensive, “big picture” approach to legal representation. Clients are best served by counsel who offer zealous advocacy but understand that victory is often defined by much more than what happens in a courtroom. Having spent more than a decade focused on condominium and cooperative law, I work with my clients to achieve their desired results through a mixture of practical advice, skilled negotiation, and aggressive and efficient litigation.

I am also a strong proponent of the benefits of alternative dispute resolution and I am a trained mediator.

Why I Enjoy What I Do

I enjoy my practice because it allows me the opportunity to work closely with diverse groups of clients who have unique goals and concerns and help them navigate complex, real-world situations with clarity and purpose. It’s the combination of human connection and problem-solving that makes the work meaningful to me.
