What I Do

I focus my practice on representing condominium and cooperative clients. I provide general counsel and litigation services to boards, unit owners, and shareholders navigating the various challenges of condominium and cooperative management and ownership. My practice also includes insurance defense litigation and professional liability matters.

I joined Braverman Greenspun in 2013 after completing a two-year clerkship with the Hon. Davis B. Katz in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Having spent my entire career in private practice at the firm, I am able to offer clients guidance and knowledge commensurate with my professional immersion in this nuanced area of law.
