What I Do
I handle complex real estate litigation from inception through resolution. I represent clients in real estate and construction matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and litigation involving condominiums and cooperatives. My experience spans all phases of litigation, from discovery through case strategy and mediation.
Prior to joining Braverman Greenspun, I was an associate at a real estate litigation boutique. I also served as principal law clerk to Justice Dakota Ramseur of the Supreme Court of the State of New York for New York County. In addition to my practice, I am an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School, where I teach legal writing.

Why I Enjoy What I Do
I enjoy this work because every case is a puzzle. Boards and owners are dealing with real problems, construction defects, difficult disputes, high-stakes decisions, and they need someone who can cut through the complexity and give them a clear path forward. That’s what I find rewarding.
