Since joining Braverman Greenspun in 2021, my practice has focused on representing cooperatives and condominiums in a wide variety of litigations and transactions.

Throughout my career, I frequently have represented clients in litigations ranging from construction disputes to foreclosures. I provide cooperative and condominium boards with the day-to-day general counsel guidance essential to successfully managing the array of issues that arise in any building. I also represent clients in numerous real estate transactions, including refinances, residential sales, and trust transfers.

In addition to my real estate experience, I have represented major record labels, music publishers, media companies, and world-famous recording artists in royalty disputes, copyright infringement matters, and negotiating and enforcing a broad array of industry agreements.

I have extensive trial and appellate experience in both the state and federal courts of New York, including several bench trials and a federal jury trial. I also have substantial experience in domestic and international arbitration and mediation proceedings before the AAA, ICC, and JAMS.

My broad background in both transactions and litigation allows me to identify and analyze key issues in reaching successful outcomes for our clients.
