What I Do
I focus my practice on providing general counsel services to condominium and cooperative boards, which includes advising the firm’s clients on matters concerning litigation, transactions, governance, construction, and other related issues.
As a third generation Braverman to work at Braverman Greenspun, I am proud to build on the contributions my grandfather and father have made to the firm.

I enjoy helping clients navigate the unique challenges of New York City association and apartment living and seeing how those efforts influence both the everyday lives of New Yorkers and the city’s ever‑evolving skyline.
