Tracy’s practice focuses on litigating condominium and cooperative-related issues, ranging from shareholder/unit owner disputes to election issues, and defamation claims to civil rights claims.  More recently, Tracy has represented a number of condominiums in design and construction defect litigation against condominium developers. In addition, Tracy provides general counsel services to the Firm’s cooperative and condominium clients.

Upon graduation from law school, magna cum laude, Tracy clerked for the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

After that, she was an associate in the Trial Department of the New York office of McDermott, Will & Emery, engaged in securities and general commercial litigation, white collar defense work and internal investigations. Just prior to joining the Firm, Tracy was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York in the New York City Litigation Bureau.

Tracy joined the Firm in 2007.
