Manu has substantial experience handling complex litigation through and including trial arising from a variety of disputes in state and federal court. She focuses on litigating condominium and cooperative-related issues. Her experience includes litigation of contract-based disputes arising from real estate transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation under a variety of policy forms and preparation of coverage opinions. She has represented accountants, lawyers and insurance agents in professional malpractice actions; manufacturers of recreational vehicles and heavy equipment in product liability actions, retailers in a variety of disputes including those arising from premises liability, product liability, warranty claims, and lease disputes; management in labor and employment litigation including harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and alleged violation of civil rights.
Manu practiced in Florida for ten years before joining the Firm in 2013. She was a litigation paralegal for six years before attending law school.
